I saw someone talking about a competing company on a LifeVantage Facebook page. When asked why they were doing this they responded “I have legal and compliance permission to do it.” Is that possible? Will Compliance or Legal give permission for a LifeVantage Distributor to join another competing MLM company and then talk about it on a LifeVantage Facebook page?

No, this is not possible. The policies and procedures clearly state that LifeVantage Independent Distributor can join other MLM companies but that they CANNOT solicit other LifeVantage Distributors or Customers into that other company! (See Section 6 – Conflicts of Interest and Section 6.1 – Non-Solicitation) When you see this, please report it to the LifeVantage Compliance Department at compliance@lifevantage.com.
